I just wrapped up the most epic week-long road trip ever! My awesome puppy raiser and I cruised over 2,500 miles from New York City all the way to Los Angeles!
First up, we hit St. Charles, Missouri, where I got to hang out on a farm. There were so many cool things to see and sniff—total doggy heaven! Next stop: Lawrence, Kansas, where I made a bunch of new pals and got ALL the belly rubs.
After that, we ventured to Santa Fe, New Mexico. There, we took a wild hike through the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and explored Pecos Canyon State Park. It was paws-itively breathtaking!
We zoomed through New Mexico and the Arizona desert, finally landing in Winslow, Arizona. We stayed in this gorgeous, southwest-style hotel, and the staff? Total rockstars.
And then… we finally made it to California! I’m now hanging out in Southern California for the next three months. I’ve already hit the trails at Henninger Flats and Arroyo Seco in Altadena—what a blast!
I’ll be busy making new friends and spreading the word about the amazing work the Israel Guide Dog Center is doing to the West Coast. Stay tuned for more adventures—I’m just getting started!
